One invoice a month, however many jobs
Open one in a day. Your team books without a card, finance gets a single invoice with a cost code on every job.
Before you book
How quickly can you collect?
It depends where you are. The collection window we quote is around twenty minutes in central London, about half an hour in the outer boroughs and about forty-five minutes out towards the M25. Your quote shows the window for the postcode you actually typed rather than a London-wide figure, and the dispatch desk will tell you straight away if traffic or demand means it will be longer.
What insurance is included?
Cover to £500 for your goods in transit is included in every fare, subject to our conditions of carriage, the list of items we cannot carry, and the item being packaged properly for transit. Higher cover can be arranged for a particular job — tell us the value when you book rather than after something has gone wrong.
What can you not carry?
Cash and bearer instruments, live animals, hazardous or flammable goods, controlled drugs outside an approved pharmacy contract, unpackaged glass or ceramics, and anything illegal. If you are not sure, ring us before you book and we will tell you honestly.
