The person who collects your item is the person who delivers it, and you have their name from the moment they accept. No depot, no sorting hub, no handover.
You always know where it is
A live map link goes to you and to whoever is receiving it, so nobody has to ring and ask. Proof of delivery lands in your account within a minute of arrival.
The price on screen is the price
Fixed fare, quoted before you book. No surge pricing, no fuel surcharge, no end of month surprises. Extras are itemised separately, before you pay rather than after.
Vetted, insured, and known to us
We do not subcontract to other networks. Every courier on the network is on our own books, which means we know who is carrying your consignment and we can brief them properly for the trade you are in.
Before a courier takes their first job we verify their hire and reward insurance, their goods in transit cover and their right to work in the UK. We check all three again every year, and a courier whose cover lapses comes off the network until it is back in place.
All of our vehicles are under 3.5 tonnes, which sits outside the goods vehicle operator licensing regime. That is a fact about the law rather than a claim about us — what matters for your consignment is the insurance behind it, which is why we verify that instead.
