What you will need
These are legal requirements for carrying other people's goods for payment, not our preferences. We verify all of them before your first job and check them again every year.
- Hire and reward insurance on the vehicle you will use. Ordinary social, domestic and pleasure cover does not permit courier work.
- Goods in transit cover, so a customer's consignment is insured while it is with you.
- The right to work in the UK, which we check before onboarding.
- A smartphone and a bank account in your own name for the app and your payouts.

Do I have to work set hours?
