Starting straight away

This is a same day job, so work starts on it as soon as the dispatch desk confirms it — well inside the fourteen days that distance selling rules allow for cancelling some contracts. Until a courier is allocated you can cancel free of charge. After that our cancellation charge applies, and if you cancel part way through you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the journey already made. Once the delivery is complete there is nothing left to cancel. How to cancel.

I am asking you to collect straight away, and I understand that once the delivery has been completed it can no longer be cancelled. I have read what you cannot carry and accept the conditions of carriage.

No payment is taken on this form — this is a booking request, and the dispatch desk confirms it before a courier is allocated. Cover to £500 is included; anything worth more needs cover agreed first.
