Published, fixed, and all-in

The starting price covers the first mile. After that it is charged per mile on the road route. You will never receive an invoice larger than the figure you agreed on screen.

Service levels

What changes the price

The vehicle and the distance set the fare. The service level is the only thing that multiplies it, and the uplift is shown here rather than buried in terms.

Pricing questions

The small print, in plain English

How is the price worked out?

A vehicle base rate covers the first mile, then a per-mile rate applies to the road distance beyond that. Faster services carry a multiplier on top. Congestion Charge, ULEZ, waiting beyond ten minutes and any parking the courier has to pay are itemised separately and shown before you pay.

Will the price change after I book?

Not unless the job changes. The fare is fixed when you book it. It only moves if you add a stop, keep the courier waiting beyond the free ten minutes, or change the address to something further away — and each of those is itemised on the invoice rather than folded into a bigger number.

How late can I book for same day?

Six in the evening for standard same day on a local run. City-centre bookings are accepted later for delivery before midnight. Long-distance runs have an earlier cut-off because the driving time has to fit in the day — the quote tells you. Overnight and pre-nine-in-the-morning runs are booked the day before.

Need something moved today?

Two postcodes is all it takes. No account, no phone call, and no waiting for somebody to email you a quote.
