This page is a working draft for a UK same day courier. Every figure in it — notice
periods, payment terms, retention, cancellation charges — is a proposed default, not a
position anyone has settled. It must be reviewed and signed off by the operator's

These terms cover your use of this website. The carriage of goods is covered separately by our conditions of carriage.
Using the site
You may use this site to price and book deliveries and to read about our services. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Quotes shown on this site
A price shown by the quote tool is the price we will charge for the journey as described, on the vehicle and service level selected, based on the postcodes entered. It is not an acceptance of a booking: a booking is a request until we confirm it, as set out in clause 2 of our conditions of carriage. It assumes the consignment is within the stated size and weight limits and is not on the prohibited list. Where any of that turns out to be different, the fare changes and we will tell you before the job runs.
Distances are calculated from postcode districts and are an estimate of the road route.

The text, design and code of this site belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use. Where this site states a performance figure, it is the figure we hold at the time of publication.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it is always available or error free. If the site is down, ring the dispatch desk — the phones work even when the website does not.
