What is different about this work

A bouquet is the least forgiving thing we carry. It has to arrive upright, undamaged and often at an exact time, in front of people who will remember if it does not. Our florist accounts are set up so every job defaults to upright carriage and a vehicle with a flat boot, without anyone having to ask.
